PARENTING TO SUPPORT OUR TEENS

From Reactivity to Repair: Why Emotions Escalate and How Parents and Teens Can Reconnect

In this webinar, we’ll explore the escalation curve- what it looks like for parents and teens- and uncover the role that triggers, peaks, and de-escalation play in everyday conflict. You’ll gain insight into your own emotional patterns, learn how to recognize your teen’s, and walk away with tools to move from reactive moments to meaningful repair and reconnection.

Featuring guest speakers from Cultivateen Roots (pronounced: Cultivating Roots), an online learning platform for parents and caregivers of teens.
