Estela forma parte de las juntas directivas de Marin Healthy Youth Partnerships y Youth Transforming Justice, donde asesora para crear programas culturalmente relevantes para familias hispanohablantes. Es presentadora, traductora e intérprete, actualmente coordina las actividades del Centro Comunitario de la Escuela Secundaria Davidson, conectando a familias y organizaciones con recursos escolares y comunitarios. Con más de 25 años de experiencia docente en Guatemala y El Salvador, es fundadora de Spanish Literacy Services, programa de alfabetización y brinda servicios de traducción e interpretación.
Kimberly Navarrete: Kim es la Coordinadora de Programas en Español de los programas de Marin Healthy Youth Partnership. Actualmente es estudiante de maestría en el Departamento de Salud Pública de UC Berkeley y brindará la perspectiva juvenil sobre el uso actual de sustancias y la dinámica familiar.
